PayPal. You can not apply coupons to PayPal orders at this time. If you want to use a coupon, please use either Credit Card or Google Checkout as described above.

You do not need a code to redeem a gift certificate. When purchasing a gift certificate, the buyer enters the receiver's email address. Our system automatically creates an account for the receiver's email address (if an account does not already exist) and sends a notification email to the receiver. The gift certificate amount is then automatically tied to the receiver's account.

Yes, you can use your gift certificate on shipping costs.
Our gift certificates can be used on any of our website's products.
Any unused portions of your gift certificate will remain in your account indefinitely. If your gift certificate amount exceeds your purchase totals, the difference will be stored in your account.
If your order total exceeds the amount of gift certificates stored in your account, you will need to provide an additional payment to make up for the difference.

For United States orders, we charge a flat fee of $8. For Canada orders, we charge a flat fee of $15 plus $0.50 per item. Depending on the size of your order, we typically use either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery.

Due to the prohibitive costs of shipping internationally, we generally only ship wholesale orders (orders $100 or greater) overseas. Before placing your international order, you should contact us to make proper shipping and customs arrangements.

We do not generally charge a fee to rush our processing of your order. However, keep in mind that carriers charge high shipping fees for 1-day or 2-day shipping options. Especially for larger items like wings, rush shipping can become cost prohibitive.
When possible, plan ahead and place your order two weeks before an event date – you can reduce your stress, ensure a timely arrival, and cut your shipping costs. However, we understand that this isn't always possible – and we will do our best to help you!
Please apply for wholesale pricing using this form. You will need to supply basic information about your company. You will receive online ordering benefits immediately, although we do review all wholesale applications and will terminate fraudulently obtained accounts.
After you create a wholesale account, you can place wholesale orders online.
For wholesale orders, we charge you the exact price of shipping (the fee charged by the carrier) plus a small fee for supplies.
Since the total cost of shipping varies depending on the number of items you order and the sizes and weights of the specific items you order, it is not feasible for us to automatically provide shipping quotes.
Therefore, we charge an $8 initial fee for online orders. If your shipping costs less than $8, or if you are eligible for a free shipping promotion, we will refund the difference back to your card.
In most costs, your shipping cost will be greater than $8. We will calculate the total cost of shipping, and contact you by phone or email to confirm the amount with you. After you approve of the amount, we will bill your credit card for the new total (item costs plus shipping costs).
To receive wholesale pricing, we require a $150 minimum opening order and a reorder minimum of $75.
We do offer wholesale pricing to international customers. Shipping promotions may not apply to international orders, and fees may apply to recoup customs costs. As customs policies vary according to nation, please make sure you include the name of your country when you contact us, so that we can give you a more accurate quote.

To create a wishlist, follow these steps.

- Select an expiration date. We will automatically prepoluate this field for 30 days from the current date.
- Enter your first name. Guests will be able to search for your wishlist using this name.
- Enter the address where you want guests to ship your items. If you want guests to bring items to a party/event, fill the fields with this information.
- Click "Save settings".
- Next to your selected items, you can change the quantities you desire. Click "Update wish list."
- Share your wishlist with friends. Click here to use our wishlist search. Search using first name, last name, or a nickname. Select your wishlist from the search results. Find your wishlist's URL in the browser address bar. Share!
